When do I get paid?
Owner disbursements are processed monthly via direct deposit. Your owner portal gives you real-time access to monthly financial statements, income, expenses, and running balances, plus annual summaries for tax time.
What if a tenant stops paying rent?
We follow a strict collections process: reminders, late notices, and enforcement per our lease terms. If eviction becomes necessary, we coordinate the entire legal process on your behalf with full compliance and documentation.
